July is nearly over and that means back to school! I could not have asked for a better "last summer" of high school, but it's time to get back to reality. I am so excited to be starting my senior year of high school. I can't believe how quickly three years went by. I can't wait to try all kinds of crazy things over this next year with my best friends before we all go our separate ways. Besides the fact that I'm going to have to start getting used to getting up early again, my first day back wasn't too bad. I ended up with really cool teachers. Plus, I'm only there for three hours since my cosmetology classes don't start until next week, so I get to go home at 10:30 and take a nap! And, how can you say you had a bad day if it ends with frozen yogurt?

>> My favorite thing about cosmetology school has to be the fact that Kate and I got to meet and bond over our love for braids. Every day in class, we would always find cute hairstyles online and try to replicate them. Well, since it's summer, Kate and I haven't been able to do the others hair in WEEKS! So, naturally, as soon as we were both in town, we met up and spent an entire day catching up while we played with each others hair. I never thought I would say this, but it made me really excited for school to start up again.
